# The Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct comprises the central behavioral policies of the A1 Group. It is aimed at all employees and the entire management of the A1 Group and contains the most important policies that apply to all employees.

## The Code of Conduct contains regulations on:

- Fair dealings with one another and with business partners
- Handling of confidential and personal data
- Avoiding and dealing with possible conflicts of interest
- Gifts, invitations and personal advantages
- Our responsibility for environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) topics
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Human rights
- A1 way of working
- Protection of corporate assets
- Reporting channels for information about potential violations or misconduct as well as for sanctioning violations that have been identified
- Communication of the Code of Conduct

## Policies

Our policies give us concrete guidance on how to conduct ourselves in our day-to-day business.

### Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Conflicts of Interest

The goal of these policies is to ensure that all relevant legal anti-corruption regulations are observed across the Group. These policies also include rules for Gifts & Invitations, Management-Consulting & Lobbying and Sponsoring, Donations and Advertising.

There is a conflict of interest when our personal and professional interests are in conflict. The policies provide help in avoiding or resolving a conflict of interest.

### Capital Market Compliance

A1 Group is listed on Vienna Stock Exchange and therefore obliged

• to notify all members of executive bodies and all employees of A1 Group as well as other persons working for A1 Telekom Austria Group, of the legal prohibition of misuse of inside information,

• to issue internal regulations on the flow of information within the Company (Capital Market Compliance Policies) and to monitor compliance thereof.

• as well as to take organizational measures to prevent misuse or disclosure of inside information and capital market compliance relevant information.

### Anti-trust Law

The goal of these policies is to ensure that due to our conduct or business activities the rules of fair competition are adhered to.
